Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett says shareholders voted against a proposal to pay no dividend. He said 98% of the shares voting said, in effect, don't send a dividend, but instead reinvest all of the earnings. Buffett: "It pays to be active, interested, and open-minded, but it does not pay to be in a hurry"
