Girls Who Code: A Solutions to the Health Crisis
We're working on a skills first report and we're doing a lot of work around upskilling, me skilling and centering skill in addition to education and experience. You know, so many of our girls go on to do incredible things within the tech industry and it's beyond exciting. Some graduated from two year or four year school, some dropped out of college once they got their first internship and some graduated from the Ivy League. But what matters to us most of girls who code is that they all have equal access to opportunities to break into the tech industry.
