M Ruby can be run on desktop and mobile platforms. It's embedded in the OS, so you don't need to sign your NDAs or anything like that. The M Ruby runtime doesn't have all the features of a traditional Ruby program. But it does allow for base 64 encoding which is very helpful when making games.
