The SEC Charges the Mormon Church

The SEC charges the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for disclosure failures and misstated filings. Ensign peak, which is the nonprofit operated by the Mormon church, agreed to pay $4 million penalty. And the church agreed to pay a $1 million penalty.
