Is It Possible to Work in a Hybrid Environment?
Co-working spaces allow people to move in and out of for certain times. The idea of fixed places a when ive felt they nuts just from an environmental perspective, it's just insane. But i do think you need to sort of gather in a hive from time to time and er mak, you know, do some cocreation to make some stuff. And i think that's the warst thing i've found with in a, back in my agency days and stuff,. You know, companies and stuff, it's this idea of trust. O, that's why i's really going to next.
