Aaron Carroll: Of all the things that were done to try to improve system's resilience, what would you put at the top of the list in terms of the response? He says higher capital. Carroll: The number one change has been capital and essentially the standalone investment bank kind of doesn't really exist anymore. You don't have same type of financial structure where you had high leverage in non-predentially regulated, non-capital regulated entities.
