Don't put stuff in the culture that you aspire to but aren't willing to do yourself. Be 100% truthful, even if it's not completely your way of doing things. Manage people out who don't really fit and are 'jim packed' Don't give them written feedback - they can only listen to what you do on them. You need those winds as a starting point for change.
