The Importance of Intentional Inclusion in High School Internship Programs

In a world where we are much more aware of social injustice, injustices, quality, equity, it is essential that parts of our high school internship program are reaching some of these schools. I feel like we were doing a good job of intentional inclusivity with regard to our internship program prior to some of the events that have gone on this year. But we've even ramped it up another notch with regards to making sure that we're tracking things a little bit more.
