Is There a Liability in Buying Vacant Buildings?

On that first one that you bought, then you had a tenant in your back pocket for 80% of it. So that obviously helped with financing and comfort, the mental comfort of buying a vacant building. But we've bought in two deals this year where the tenant's lease expires in 90 days after closing. And I guess you could consider that a vacant deal, right? Because 90 days is not a lot of time to find a new tenant. Although we're definitely striking while the gold is rich, right? Like the industrial asset classes is significantly in demand spaces at a limit.
