Is Jesus a Transgressor?

In luke 22, it is written, and he was numbered with the transgressors. But why would jesus be bringing that up here? Cause he's not a transgressor. And are those guys really transgressors? Well, i suppose one way to read it would be, i jesus manded them not to have swords, and then he slike, ya, go get one of those. It could be read that way, but i don't know.
