How to Beat Rios Grimory in the Tournament

High school dxd doesn't seem like something that'd be up my alley so all I'm going off of our chippin chongos she's waving around. shinobu cocho from demons layer will probably give her a bump but I don't see how she can piece with rios grimory. This next one is a character that just keeps making it in this tournament and she has very horrific photos for a two seed  "I cannot find a good character of this good photo of this character they just don't exist"
