Stephanie lenhart has been tracking the different processes that all of the markets, the six markets that are governed by firke, have gone through at the same time. And we're trying to make the link between how they're making these decisions and then ultimately where battery storage is going to start to be built in the most value. We've unfortunately, sort of created a design flaw in p j m where it's really hard to get stuff through. The staff goes and notices new trends in the market and then proposes changes to the market rules to enable new entrance.
