When there is no precedence or antecedenc or data, people rely a lot because of theit exploative nature. In his early time, i was that idea guy, a talking about solutions and not about real problems. One reason you fall in that fase is because you have this bias for action. And then maybe at the end of minutes to keep for cana, so people can open up and ask their questions. I will spend another five minutes talking over problems, and then we'll jump in to get all this.
