It started in january 20 20. The original idea for the business was they were going to prescribe medication for mental health concerns. A key development was two months later, covet hit the pandemic. So now all of a sudden, you could treat 80 h d on line and prescribe stimulants.

The mental health startup Cerebral benefited from pandemic-era changes to federal telehealth laws. But its easy-to-get prescriptions for tightly regulated stimulants — heavily promoted on social media — have sparked a Department of Justice investigation.
