CNN's John Sutter went on a field trip to Amazon. He met people who were angry with the company, but it was their loyalty that kept them there. One of those customers got evicted when his bank account froze up and he couldn't pay for rent. Another customer had ants in his bed after buying a book from Amazon. "You've earned this pissed off customer into a loyal brandist," says Sutter.
