The War in Vietnam

In 1965, President Lyndon Johnson ordered the first American combat troops into Vietnam. Don Lecullen had been to a war before in Cyprus but nothing prepared him for Saigon. The media was given unparalleled access to the fighting and their reports would shape public opinion back home like no other war before or since. There were 750,000 American soldiers there and a million Vietnamese soldiers under arms.
