Seneca - Is He a Student of Stoicism?
There are no sages in stoicism that I've ever been aware of. Seneca is very much this person who some people view him as living a double life. He had a thirst for power, but it does seem that he had an obsession or a love of having influence and power. And so I think one has to come up with a mixed judgment about his political career.
