Is There a False Cause Fallacy?

An older lady in the same coffee shop overheard my call, and she made eye contact with me. She went on to tell me that the for dealer ship down the street was a much better place than the nison dealership i called. In her mind, she logically connected the one good sales person she met at the four dealer ship with the entire sales staff at the dealer ship. Then she concluded that it must mean that all salespeople in that dealer ship were good and kind. A logical fallacy happens when an argument is presented as reasoned and logical when it is not actually fact.
