Asian Australians in the Hospitality Industry?

I'm tired of seeing other people do well in the space that I think we should be doing well in ourselves. It's a very common misconception that Asian food should be cheap. The only reason Asian food is cheap is because they're probably paying under the table or they're paying them less than what they deserve at the end of the day. So we don't celebrate ourselves enough. We don't appreciate enough. Well, if anything, we, as Asians actually do it to ourselves.
