The Importance of Workflows in Advice Firms
Smaller advice businesses tend to be less prescriptive on the workflows. They have the benefit of not needing that but they then have the challenges of not getting to that scale necessary. And then you see firms at the other end where actually, yeah, that automation is really important so they can show things happen in exactly the same way every time. Again, there's not a right or a wrong answer to that. You choose, you are the type of business you are and we believe that we've got to meet advice firms where they are.
