How to Track Your Time in Slack

I recommend that people manually track their time in terms of activities, because these are like two views into the same thing. I don't think Apple would ever do it, but I would love to be able to click on an app and see a heat map of when are you likely to be using this throughout the day. Well, I would also like a breakdown of time spent per thread. Just so I know what's going on there.
