I'm glad everybody got a full cin's end down load before we even began the meditation. So many times people are just kind of tossed into meditation, assuming that it will all be impacd in meditation. Take a moment to stretch up and settle in. Feel the relaxation that fills your body. An actually maintaining contact with a bit of relaxation in the background helps induce equanimity in the foreground. Ind the foreground, for us, our focus space will be mind spacebring your attention to where you would hear mental talk in your head at your ears. Thot happen in the global, unfixated state that you're about to lead us all into.
