Limited Liability or Protection?

Legal entity s are considered, under at least us, law, separate persons for lots of different reasons. What a dow is before it's actually formed under the law of jurisdiction, it's an unincorporated entity. So without a legal wrapper, these things essentially are ill defined, nebulous amorphos constructs with joint and several personal liabilities. And so i think it's critically important we nest these dows in enforcible legal structures to provide the level of protection and organizational accountability that's warranted by the activities and assets of the company.
