It's almost like in December it's just pizza and wine and cheese and cookies. It's like how do you do an 80-20 approach to that? Do you have a cheap day? Like I keep a foundation of chicken vegetables and intermittent fasting. No rice, no bread, no snacks. Even with this much discipline I was still fighting and wavered throughout the summer but stay committed to let's let's be this year. Look at how disciplined how much better you feel about life. Let this be the beginning.
