How to Qualify for Formula One
The one-lap qualifying format was a disaster, says P1's Matt Tommy. The slowest drive will be eliminated every 90 seconds from the 22 entries this year. 15 drivers progress into Q2 and eight into Q3 until there are just two men fighting it out for the right to start from pole.
