The Utility of Understanding Envy in Our Lives

There are some uptight middle age people who have had no empowerment in their entire lives. When they go against young people, I think that they are manifesting and acting out their envy for youth. And there's a lot of that that happens between generations. We could talk about it in terms of economics. There's literally no end to the things that we feel envious about as humans. So like me, you and the person that's with us right now watching or listening, what's the utility of understanding this in our lives?
