Our main focus is really on what you call the the process on the organization level and on what an organization can do to address noise because noise is essentially a problem of systems a problem of organizations. Cassie: It can be thankless to put in place decision hygiene as people who make decisions feel perhaps demoralized by being second-guessed by their institutions for example.
