The central question of my work right now is about a o do we do something analogous with collective intelligence that you saw me argue for in this series? So i argued for individual cognition, that intelligence is necessary, but in no way sufficient for rationality. But i don't think those two things are also separate. The idea is that we need something like ameta psychotechnology to tell us how to curate and coordinate thecology of practices - both individuals and groups.
