The takeaway from this interview is that inflation is not going away. It is here to stay and it is going to get worse. All the people who are looking for some evidence that inflation is going away, they're wasting their time. The evidence will never reveal that as long as we have these big budget deficits. Even though you got some extra tax revenues coming in for income tax, tomorrow was the deadline to file your tax returns. This would have been April 15th, but that fell on a Saturday so I think it goes over to Monday.
