I totally agree with all of that. You, what you guys just said, I think like even on like a non acquisition on a smaller scale, like how startups build their teams is very difficult to do. It's almost like a baseball team where you've got a bunch of like, mitzvah guys who like come together and play really well together and then you bring in the high-priced talent. And the team doesn't succeed because everyone's like jealous of the guy... Right? So they have this sort of like, need naivete that is really the superpower of growing a brand below a certain scale. That's sort of a good proxy for some of these acquisition stories is
