We don't live in the system where anybody has privacy. The only way that you can stay safe is to be uninteresting, so that nobody cares to look. Government always had the ability to do a court order and look at all of your stuff. That's one thing we learned from the FISA stuff. They don't need a good reason. They need anything that a judge would look at on a piece of paper.
