If you're pushing really, really hard and it's not working for you, it's not a sustainable behaviour. The marathon that we call life will continue until it doesn't. And there are three things i think you can do to make this better for your first is to define your destination with clarity. I'm popping out of bed typically, i don't know, four to five in the morning, five 30 at the latest, sometimes three 30. It wears me out thoughout the course of the day. Bith, the stuff we're gtting done, the opportunities i'm having right now, that things are being created over time here. You'll change when you wear yourself
