Lower rates are behind all this market strength. It is the fact that people have a lot of savings. They have cash in their pockets. There's still a lot of dry powder utthere that can support acid prices, especially risk acid prices. And so when we look ahead, liquidity matters. But i think you are right, brian, there has been a lot of volatility under the surface.
