Do You Think Trump Aids Will Testify in the Mar-a-Lago Case?
The question will soon be presented to Merrick Garland, whether to go forward with a prosecution against Donald Trump in connection with the documents or not. I don't know what decision he'll make. He's gotten a four-month sentence. And that will stand, even though it's being appealed. A second prosecution, I think, would be too clever by half and not proper. An equitable consideration is not to bring a prosecution,. But it seems to be a reasonable case, and a decision has to be made one way or another.
