The Difference Between Bad Teams and Promising Teams

The theory is amongst their let's say we say, but what are there? Two thirds of the teams aren't really contending. If you're the worst, it feels like your chance to beat goes from two to 20. So does it mean they're not right on this case? There's possible they're wrong. I think this is probably one where it's wrong. Let's figure out why.
