The Importance of Diet and Lifting

I was a cheby kid. So I was like, maybe I'm just born this way I'm just a big heavy guy. And then you know, I found out that I had fairly good strength Um, so it's like, okay, well, maybe I can lift more but I'm just not gonna look like a bodybuilder Right? Then you're like, no if I control my diet, I can control my physique a lot more This is the same thing for me, man. Once I actually began working with coaches and people that understood and they knew um then everything was I was Actually working towards something rather than just working out You know, I had to go in mind.
