The Market Is Not Bringing Efficiency to the Front Line
The market itself, which is supposed to bring efficiency to the forefront, is doing the opposite as direct incentive in every day employees. As tiy say, you know, you can't have a boss without employees. It keeps them while at the same time, we talked about this in many previous episodes, it never reaches full employment either. The problem is directly impacting, to an extent, even capitalists themselves, funny enough. But it does not have a modos operandi which can actually solve it.
