Are Elephants Smarter Than Elephants?

Manitees are related to elephants. They can use their lips to yank up leaves, sea grass or omething. Are they smart like an elephant? Do we know? We don't know how to communicate with a manity in a way that it could express anything to us that we would understand. There are some ways that they can em so their flippers more dexterous than the flippers of whales or dolphins.
