In a world in which hyper-search is maximally successful, what does that world look like? Like take me to, it's 2022 right now. So let's say 2032. There's a deeply liquid set of hyper-search that are being purchased and issued every day or every week. And all the talent today is really focused on the most impactful work that they can do. This is possible because they know that they get rewarded for this work if they are successful. I think that there's a lot of upside to getting this right, but it's going to be hard.
