I think what i'm getting at is that it' is trying to help people become aware that, yes, on em on a mackerel level, right? This pandemi has shown us that. But then if we can just take it back to ourselves on a micro and look at ourselves and our lives, and how are we connecting to the other people in our lives? You know, what are our rhythms on a daily basis.? It really does have a profound effect on your health, your mental, emotional, spiritual, physical well being, by doing small things and becoming aware.
