The Cloud Is Not Going to Eliminate Your Needs
The pitch that the cloud was going to eliminate your need or drastically reduce your need for an operation teams is just false. The work that goes into operating services like hay and like base camp, they're just not predominantly in racking hardware. It doesn't matter when your scale is low and you have few customers. In fact, then the tradeoff is worth it.
