Molly: I don't actually know how to label the emotion that I'm experiencing in those moments because I am being pretty unmindful. So getting clarity on that, like we said earlier with that car example would probably be a good place to start. And again, this is where mindfulness is so useful because it helps you sort of understand what your urges are. Maybe you're noticing that your body just feels like there's all this energy that needs to get out and you want to dance around the room or do some mindful stretching.
