Bob says he was about 14 years old. He'd been out in the alleyway doing what kids did before cell phones, namely, throwing rocks. Bob ended up breaking a neighbor's window. The neighbor walks over to bob's house, talks to bob's mam, tells her what happened. In a panic, bob blames his brother, bill. This lie doesn't hold up. His dad is not happy. It seemed like maybe bob would just have a little bit of a hard time licking hi ad in the eye, or feel just a bit sheepish about his transgressions. Nope, says bob. My dad never have done something like that.
