How to Be a Successful ADHDer
As ADHDers we struggle with emotional regulation. We always need to pause and take time to think about what we want to say next. The challenge I'm currently facing is losing track of time especially not arriving to work as early as I should be. My husband doesn't seem to understand why this is for me or just be able to wake up in the morning. Before I had a routine to help me fall asleep but it was my routine and it helped me stay calm.
