I've never really had a ton of confidence in myself and just my profession I think um has made some of those things a little more challenging for me Um And so lifting heavy and just like being able to lift Heavy things and get strong Just really change my mindset to you know, I can do this like this I'm not going to limit myself anymore. Yes, that is so true um So it just um It has definitely brought me a lot more confidence.
