The Importance of Long Term Habits

I think it's a great way to look at it too often people get constrained by. What do I need to do right now. A simple example reading 52 books a year. Over the year that's 50 times squats 50 times yoga and like over 10 years that's 500 sessions. There's a long term learning in the body and the mind and I love that. We have to allow that all our plans don't sometimes don't always match.
