Increasing Volume Is Not the Primary Driver of Muscle Hypertrophy

I think effort or intensity is the primary driver of muscle hypertrophy. When somebody says they're going to stop three reps shy of failure, that's still not an easy set technically would matter. So those are my thoughts and intensity's got to be the focus. I'm going to lift hard. It can get out of hand with the compounded effect if you're just going to constantly increase volume.
