Home builders are pulling back from the market, waiting for costs to come down before they make commitments. The supply of holmes is coming back to the point we're now where there's actually almost a six months ply of homes as of august. So i do think if you're looking aby howsor, first time home buyer, the situation is going to start levelling out.
