New York's New Law Is Less Restrictive Than Before the Supreme Court Decision in Bruin
The Supreme Court has refused to block New York's new handgun restrictions. The state enacted the measure last year after the court struck down a New York law, that required people to show a special need to carry a concealed handgun in public. Eric Rubin: Many more people are eligible for concealed carry permit now in New York compared to before the Bruin case.
