He says the Liberal Party is now down to 14 seats in urban areas within our capital cities out of 79. The party effectively wins electorates whenever there is a regional or rural component inserted into an urban electorate,. But any electorate that is completely urban, they hold with wafer-thing margins, and there's 14 of them left.
